How does the club work?
ROAR is a subscription-based activewear club. We ship two shirts in two styles each quarter, for just $29 plus shipping. We’re hoping we have most of your questions answered on our How It Works page. Need more info? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
What kinds of shirts am I getting with each box?
You’ll receive one soft cotton everyday T-shirt and one performance shirt. Get more details here.
How often does my box ship?
Upon placing your first order, you’ll receive your first box in 5-7 business days. Your next box will come on our quarterly schedule: March 1, June 1, September 1, and December 1.
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes, you may skip any delivery. We’ll email you prior to shipment and you may make any changes or cancellations at that time.
Why are there quotes inside my shirt instead of outside?
In placing powerful words inside the clothes instead of outside, we are gifting you with a private moment to reflect and ignite your inner ROAR. Each time you dress, ROAR is there to remind you, motivate you, push you. Be your best, no matter where the day may lead you.
Do I get to pick my clothing styles?
Each season, we will introduce two clothing styles per Roar box. While the styles are set, you will choose your color scheme and sizes in the checkout process.
Can I change my mind about my color selection?
Each quarter, we’ll email you to confirm your sizes and colors before we ship. At that point, you may update your order.
What are these quotes?
With each coming quarter, comes new encouragement. We reflect on the world around us, trends in fitness, and seasonality to find the most inspiring quotes to place inside of our clothing. We’re excited to share these powerful words and stories with you!
How am I billed?
Each quarter, you will be billed when your box ships – $29 plus shipping. We’ll send an email before each shipment, so you’ll know when it’s coming and when you’ll be billed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Of course we’d hate to see you go, but you may cancel your ROAR subscription at any time. Email us at (Need to establish designated email address) and we will process your cancellation within 24 hours.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, please email us at (Need to establish designated email address) and we will confirm your return or exchange within 24 hours. Or call us at (our phone #) and we will return your call within 24 hours. You must return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Is your clothing made in the USA?
Most of our products are made in the USA! We do all of our printing here as well. We’re working to source 100% of our inventory within the country and will be excited to share the news once we make that happen.
Do I pay sales tax for a ROAR subscription box?
Yes, sales tax is determined by the state in which you will receive your order.
Will I be charged for shipping?
Yes. We offer three tiers of shipping based on where you’re sending your order.
